I am a labor relations professional with over 40 years of experience representing both Union and Management in the public and private sectors. I have recently completed the FMCS course, becoming an Arbitrator, and I am scheduled for the American Arbitration Association course Fundamentals of Mediation this September, 2016. I have negotiated over 175 contracts during my career in the healthcare, public transportation, airline, railroad, water treatment plant, entertainment, and telecommunications industries.
